The training capacities of secondary and tertiary education providers will be adapted to integrate skills-based learning, local development priorities, and digital transformation strategies. By enhancing the research capabilities and digital competencies of research centers and networks, strengthening entrepreneurial and technological expertise within companies and NGOs, and aligning national authorities with market demands and educational requirements, the national and regional research and innovation (R&I) ecosystems will be equipped with the essential tools for greater inclusivity and smoother functioning. This will significantly contribute to advancing sustainable development in Central Africa.

Furthermore, the establishment of the PRICNAC network, with the active engagement of key stakeholders—including academic institutions, private sector actors, and civil society—will play a pivotal role in fostering robust R&I ecosystems. By creating strong collaborative platforms, this network will drive innovation, encourage cross-sector partnerships, and help catalyze transformative change across the region.
