The objectives of the project are:

OS1: Models of skills development focusing on basic, transformative and transferable skills are tested and validated.
OS2: Methods to improve inclusion in the workplace to increase access to employment or retention in the workplace are tested and validated.
OS3: A plan for scaling up innovation proposals and knowledge generated in the entrepreneurial policies and practices of women and women’s organizations, particularly those in vulnerable situations, based on concrete proposals.
