The OACPS Research and Innovation Programme involves a wide range of actors (national and regional policy-makers, researchers, innovators, academics, civil society organisations…), from its African, Caribbean and Pacific member countries, but also global. A Technical Assistance Unit provides support for the implementation of the programme.
