The Renewable Energies Fab Lab – a third-party project of the PDTIE – in collaboration with the Civil Engeering and Mechanics Laboratory of the École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé – Cameroon, organised a training seminar on 25 April 2024 for Masters and PhD students on the modelling and characterisation of local materials.

The mentoring was based around some fifteen student works on local materials, with the emphasis on the methodologies for modelling local materials, characterising them and using them in the manufacture of composite materials.
