After the training of students and researchers/innovators on the modules related to the project’s equipment, the training on October 12, 2024, at the FabLab EnR Polytech, a third-party project of PDTIE, was dedicated to transferring the skills acquired in the realization of an integrative equipment: Stabilized power supply with a variable DC voltage from 5 to 30 volts.
The completion of this project has allowed the learners to make use of all the project’s equipment. Thus, based on the electrical diagram of the power supply, they:
– Edited the electronic circuit of the power supply using Proteus
– Created the printed circuit board using the project’s electronic circuit prototyping machine
– Soldered the components onto the printed circuit board using the project’s soldering station
– Conducted tests and measurements on the power supply with the project’s multimeters and oscilloscope
– Designed the power supply enclosure drawings for 3D printing and laser cutting using CAD/CAM software
– 3D printed the power supply case on the project’s 3D printer
– Cut using laser cutting and assembled another wooden power supply case.

Thirty percent of the thirty participants in the course were women.
