Tatiane Marina ABO, an innovator supported by the Mission for the Promotion of Local Materials (MIPROMALO) , entity beneficiary of a third-party project supported by PDTIE, was awarded the second ‘Green Innovation’ Prize (VIP) at the 3rd edition of the National Employment and Green Economy Exhibition (SANEEV) in Cameroon, for her project to improve the energy efficiency of buildings using ecological banana fibre panels.
Held from 14 to 17 May 2024 in Yaoundé, the theme of this 3rd edition of SANEEV was ‘Waste management and the circular economy in Cameroon: training, integration and financing of initiatives’.
The ‘Green Innovation’ prize aims to promote green jobs for young people, and rewards the best projects that address urban issues.
