Coming from African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, around 60 beneficiaries of OACPS Research and Innovation actions, financed by the European Union, gathered in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) for the first Stakeholders’ Exchange Meeting of the Programme, held in Addis Ababa (13-15 February 2023). They participated actively in various working group sessions, addressing challenges and barriers in the areas of action implementation, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge transfer, and impact and sustainability.
