The “« Projet de Déploiement des technologies et innovations environnementales pour le développement durable et la réduction de la pauvreté » (PDTIE), implemented by the Institut de la Francophonie pour le Développement Durable (IFDD), a subsidiary body of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), in partnership with Kongo University in the DRC, EDEN Africa and Engineers Without Borders in Cameroon, is launching an international call for tenders from May 2, 2022, to June 13, 2022, for the equipping and implementation of the Polytech Yaoundé Fab Lab.
This contract consists of the equipment and implementation of the Fab Lab at the École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé with the aim of contributing to the creation of a favorable and inclusive environment for research and innovation in the DRC and Cameroon in order to promote sustainable development and poverty reduction.
Within the framework of this international call, natural persons and legal entities (whether they participate individually or as part of a consortium of bidders) established in a Member State of La Francophonie are invited to submit a bid for one or both of the following lots:
Lot 1: Supply, installation, minimum training and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and materials.
Lot 2: Supply, delivery and commissioning of electronic and computer equipment and materials.
The contract is for a fixed unit price and is not subject to revision.
Participation is also open to international organizations. All supplies purchased under this contract must be delivered and commissioned at the École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé.
