Innovation Fund/VaRRIWA: Focus on PFVRIEES, an online training project on the valorisation of research results, carried out by the Virtual University of Senegal (UVS)

The PFVRIESS project, one of the 4 VaRRIWA third-party projects in Senegal, aims to train online 1200 research and innovation actors (Ph.D. students, researchers, teacher-researchers and innovators).

It will enable them to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of valorisation (protection, transfer and dissemination of innovation in the socio-economic sphere, economic exploitation, public/private partnerships, etc.), in order to better economically exploit research results for the benefit of society.
As a reminder, Africa represents 17.6% of the world population and 2.6% of scientific production.
