These Actions will contribute to enhancing the capacity of R&I stakeholders in the targeted OACPS member states, through a multi-layered collaborative approach, focusing on knowledge transfer and the promotion of its use. Local R&I multipliers, to whom the consortia will provide financial and technical support to maximise the impact of their actions, will facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experiences by using their networks.
