The ex-post evaluation of the previous programme implemented by the OACPS and financed by the European Union, the ACP S&T II Programme, assessed the Programme and its granted projects using 3 criteria: impact, sustainability and coherence.

The ACP S&T II Portfolio of projects has generated considerable impact on these projects’ respective target groups and beneficiaries, including both capacities and institutional development impact.

The evaluation has identified a number of good practices and/or emerging success stories. A selection of the projects is featured in the Evaluation Briefs and the video, selected on the basis of project impact, sustained impact and learning value.
