At the workshop for the final beneficiaries of the APEX project, π΄πππ’π πΜ ππ πππΜππ‘πππ πβπ’π ππΜππ πβπΈπ₯ππππππππ πππ‘πππππ πππ’π ππ’π‘π’ππππ ππ ππ‘ ππππΜππΜπππ ππ π‘ππππ ππππ‘ πππ ππΜπ π’ππ‘ππ‘π ππ ππ πππβπππβπ ππππππππ ππ‘ πππππππππππ‘ππππ- third-party project lead by the Institut Senegalais de Recherches Agricoles , and funded by VaRRIWA in Senegal- 30 innovative sub-projects benefited from a series of 6-month training courses following a national call for applications (aimed at research and innovation players in Senegal’s agricultural and agri-food sector) on:
βοΈ Business creation and management
βοΈ Industrial development
βοΈ Intellectual property (IP) management
π§² At the end of the training courses, a selection was made from the 30 projects, and 10 were chosen to benefit from additional support in terms of protection, coaching and financial support for the maturation and execution of the sub-project towards a start-up or the creation of a marketable license.
At the end of the workshop, each beneficiary presented his or her innovation in greater detail through a presentation enriched by discoveries and lessons learned.
