On February 22, 2024, the third annual review of the PDTIE project was held. Gathered in virtual mode, some fifty participants took stock of the annual results of third party projects funded under the PDTIE. Priority outlooks for 2024, the last year of the PDTIE’s implementation, were also presented, culminating in the Science, Technology and Innovation for Development trade fairs scheduled to take place in the DRC and Cameroon at the end of 2024.

An optimistic overall assessment
The overall assessment reveals that objectives have been met, and sometimes exceeded, in terms of in-person and online training, Fab Lab set-up, support for innovation, and so on.
