From July 29 to August 7, 2024, in Goma, the PDTIE national office carried out a joint mission to monitor third-party projects in Goma, Bukavu and Kisangani, under the supervision of the Délégué général de la Francophonie in DRC, Mr. Léandre MIEMA.
During this mission, the delegation met with the authorities of the beneficiary universities, the provinces visited and the third-party projects supported. The mission also provided an opportunity to review progress with Fab Lab innovators and beneficiaries.

It was emphasized that significant progress had been made since the implementation of the projects, benefiting from training and PDTIE funding. Other points discussed included the orientation of political and research services, recommendations to be submitted to the Congolese government, and the forthcoming Salon des Sciences et Technologies scheduled for November in Kinshasa. The meeting was a resounding success!
