The OACPS R&I Programme has organised its first Mutual Learning Exercise on Research and Innovation policies and strategies in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) from 14 to 17 February 2023, in partnership with the UN Inter-agency Task Team (UN-IATT). Thirteen countries participated in the first part of the Mutual Learning Exercise, the Exchange Meeting. These countries have been assisted in reforming and enhancing their R&I ecosystems by either the OACPS R&I Policy Support Facility or UN agencies. Other countries joined during its second part, capacity building.
