Benin’s capital of Cotonou will host the workshop on leveraging the successes of the VaRRIWA project from October 7–10, 2024.

More than 90 important stakeholders, including researchers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and innovators, will gather at this event to evaluate the project’s results and develop a sustainability plan.

The workshop’s objectives are to:

🔹 Make the most of the lessons learned from putting the project into action

🔹 Assess the successes and best practices in presenting research findings

🔹 Present these findings to important R&I stakeholders

🔹 Get input from the socioeconomic sector to better meet expectations

🔹 Create an advocacy tool to direct policymakers.
