The 28th United Nations Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (COP28) will take place from November 30 to December 12, 2023, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this context, IFDD through the PDTIE project , with the participation of its beneficiaries, organize two important events:

• a side event “Green entrepreneurship and eco-innovation: the creativity of French-speaking youth in the fight against climate change” organized by IFDD. This major activity at the Pavillon de la Francophonie will be moderated by the committed artist A’Salfo from the group Magic System, under the co-chairmanship of Mr. Benoit CHARETTE, Quebec Minister of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks, and Ms. Caroline St-Hilaire, IOF Administrator.
