Ces actions contribueront à renforcer la capacité des parties prenantes de la R&I dans les États membres ciblés de l’OEACP, grâce à une approche collaborative à plusieurs niveaux, axée sur le transfert de connaissances et la promotion de leur utilisation. Les multiplicateurs locaux de R&I, auxquels les consortiums apporteront un soutien financier et technique pour maximiser l’impact de leurs actions, faciliteront le transfert de connaissances et d’expériences en utilisant leurs réseaux.
